How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
After owning a restaurant franchise with 14 restaurants in the state of Tennessee, we knew the needs of a small business owner in managing and paying their employees. Payroll processing is complicated and benefits are difficult to obtain for a small business owner and the employees. Keeping up with the constantly changing employment laws is daunting.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Aabakus does not make their clients DIY--that is, you do not have to enter the payroll yourself, then suffer the consequences when you make a mistake. Aabakus is the definition of service and simplified HR solutions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location, and no plans to add any locations. We primarily serve Middle Tennessee small businesses.

Just off I-65 at the Brentwood East exit. Left at the traffic light just past Waffle House onto Commons Way. First driveway on the right in Building ONE.
What type of payments do you accept?
All of our payrolls are debited through ACH.
Which areas do you service?
We service all industries and primarily small businesses under 100 employees.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Susan G. Goyer is the owner of Aabakus.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Friday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
