We provide home users and business with on-site technical support and services.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a child I always dreamed about helping others. Growing up I became fond of technology and all it had to offer. I began to learn about various types of computers and networking. I began troubleshooting problems for friends and family. I decided this would be my chosen career path. I went to ITT Technical Institute for Computer Networking systems where I received my Associate Degree. I am now venturing off to create a company called Technical Difficulties in hopes of making it big by helping others.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a more personal business. We like to get to know our clients. Other businesses will careless about there clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one home based location right now. We hope to in the future get a store front location.
